Frequently Asked Questions
| Q: | I am trying to enter a lab result value in my lab reports, but the units of measure do not match the units in my lab paperwork. How do I change the unit of measure? |
| A: | Currently, CladeHealth™ Tracker supports two unit measurements. If the lab result value you are trying to enter is in units different from those on the screen, touch the Change Units button on the on-screen keyboard. NOTE: not all values will have two measurement units. |
| Q: | What do the red indicators on my lab results mean? |
| A: | The red indicators are flags to tell you when a lab result value is outside the normal range. These ranges are set by medical references. Consult your healthcare provider for interpretation of your results. |
| Q: | How do I remove my blood type from CladeHealth Tracker? |
| A: | Currently, there is no option to remove a blood type once entered. We are enhancing the Desktop Data Entry system to allow users to erase the blood type field. Look for this change in a future app update. |
| Q: | I added links between items and some are now missing. Why did this happen? |
| A: | There are certain items that have special linking properties, like physicians and medications. For example, if a medication has a link to a physician and then you link the medication to a different physician, the link to the previous physician will automatically be removed. Here is a list of possible linking relationships:
